Why is This Letter So Important?
A Legal Opinion Letter:
• Is required for all reputable centralized exchange listings (Kucoin, Coinbase, Binance, etc.)
• Allows the Wise Core Team to continue to build without legal interruptions for the SEC.
• Increases the chance of being correctly listed on crypto price and statistics sites, like CoinMarketCap and CoinGecko.
• Introduces ability for Wise Community to give grants to incentivize more projects to build on the Wise Token base layer.
• Can open the door to institutional investors, who currently fear the legal repercussions of unverified token projects.
